Bursaries
Feltonfleet’s bursary provision is aimed at providing access to a Feltonfleet education for pupils who might not otherwise have the opportunity. When considering bursary applications, they assess both the child's potential to benefit from their offering and the extent of the family's financial need. Their means-testing process is repeated annually, ensuring that the support provided remains aligned with both financial need and the progress made by the recipient.
All Feltonfleet bursaries are means-tested and the amount of the bursary award, which could be a fee discount of up to 100%, is not decided by a child’s level of academic ability but by the extent of financial need. As a general rule of thumb, bursary applicants with an income of the range of £40,000 - £50,000 pa would generally expect to receive assistance in whole or in part.
