Student wellbeing, pastoral care, and personal growth<\/a> are inextricably linked. The classroom teacher, coach, manager, teacher on duty; all teachers are responsible for the effective care of a student.<\/p>\n Monitoring of the pastoral care of each student is the direct responsibility of the class teacher from Pre-kindergarten to Year 4, of the Tutor in Years 5 to 8, the Mentor from Years 9 to 12 and of the Boarding Year Coordinators and the Head of Boarding for boarders<\/a>.
