Yoga is a process of self-discovery and you can begin your journey at any point. Yoga is a non-competitive way to achieve functional fitness, improve body-awareness, regulate energy level, promote deep relaxation and is ideal for stress reduction.

As a teacher, I strive to provide an atmosphere of compassion and acceptance so that each student feels welcome as a member of the Synergy Yoga community. My teaching methodology is influenced by my studies with several senior teachers and I continue to explore newer ways of integrating asana, mindfulness and meditation practice into everyday life. With a focus on integrating movement with breath, I encourage my students to direct their inner transformation at their chosen pace.More
